Founding Pilot Terms

Pilot overview
The 4cue founding pilot is a free, concierge-assisted program for small B2B SaaS teams that already have paying customers. During the pilot, selected teams receive a manual review of approximately five customer accounts, with supporting evidence and suggested next actions.
The pilot is operated by Forecue Labs ([legal entity status — placeholder], [registered address — placeholder]).
Eligibility
To be eligible for the pilot, your company must be a B2B SaaS business with at least one paying customer account. There is no charge for participation. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We select participants based on fit and capacity.
What we provide
- A manual analysis of approximately five of your customer accounts
- Evidence and reasoning behind each identified signal
- Suggested next actions for each flagged account
- Any additional analysis agreed upon during the pilot period
Data you provide
If accepted, we will request a limited, sanitized data export from your Stripe account and product analytics tool. This export must not contain customer names, email addresses, message content, or personal data. We will agree with you on:
- Exactly what data fields will be provided
- How the data will be transmitted
- When the data will be deleted
You are responsible for ensuring you are permitted to provide the data you share with us.
What we do not ask for
- Production database credentials or API keys
- Direct access to your infrastructure
- Customer PII (names, emails, phone numbers)
- Payment instrument details
- Passwords or secrets of any kind
Confidentiality
We will treat the data you share as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of providing pilot analysis. We will not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the pilot (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting and database).
No SLA or production guarantee
This is an early, experimental pilot. We provide the analysis “as is” with no guaranteed service level, uptime commitment, or support response time. We may modify or discontinue the pilot at any time. The pilot does not create a ongoing service obligation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forecue Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the pilot. [Governing law — placeholder]
Data deletion
Upon conclusion of the pilot or upon your request, we will delete all data you shared with us unless applicable law requires retention. We will provide confirmation of deletion.
