Information we collect
When you apply to the founding pilot through the application form, we collect:
- Your full name
- Work email address
- Company name and website
- Information about your current customer accounts, ARR range, and product tools
- A description of your retention or churn challenge
- Technical information: referrer URL, UTM parameters, and page path
Customer data from pilot participants
If your company is accepted into the pilot, we may request a limited, sanitized data export containing anonymous account-level information (usage metrics, billing data, support ticket statuses). We will agree with you on what data is provided, how it may be used, and when it will be deleted. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to provide the data they share.
How we use information
We use the information you provide solely to evaluate and operate the pilot program. This includes reviewing applications, conducting churn analysis on anonymized data, and communicating with participants about the pilot.
Data sharing and AI training
- We do not sell your personal information or any customer data shared with us.
- We do not use your data to train public or shared AI models.
- We do not share data with third parties except as necessary to operate the pilot (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting and database).
Data retention and deletion
Application data will be retained for the duration of the pilot program and deleted within [data retention period — placeholder] after the pilot concludes, unless you request earlier deletion. Pilot participants will agree on a data-deletion timeline before any customer data is shared.
What not to submit
Do not submit credentials, API keys, passwords, financial account details, health data, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data through the application form or to any 4cue representative unless explicitly requested after acceptance into the pilot.
Security
We use Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare D1 for hosting and data storage. Transmission between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Application data is stored in Cloudflare's D1 database.
